You know,
Before this digital age of abundance
With transistor radios
Televisions, cameras
The World Wide Web,
When the only sounds we heard,
Were the ones we ourselves had made
And the only things we saw,
We visions we ourselves had glimpsed
When all was in the printing press,
And Alphabet reigned supreme,
We were all reading yesterday’s news.
Love it! So true. And we didn’t seem to mind back then either.
